I had a wonderful experience with Handy Lock Self Storage. Barbie, the Property Manager, was especially friendly, professional, and very helpful. She made the entire rental process easy and made me feel welcome. The facility is clean and well maintained, and I feel comfortable storing my belongings here. I’m very happy I chose Handy Lock and would definitely recommend this location. Thank you, Barbie, for the excellent customer service! ❤️

I would highly recommend this storage facility. I have tried other climate controlled storage facilities, and this one is the coolest and cleanest out of the others I have tried. I was greeted by Barbie, the property manager, and she was very accommodating to my needs and went above and beyond. Extremely happy with my unit and service provided. Thank you, Barbie! 😊

This is the best business in Pensacola! The manager is sooooo on top of things the property is spotless and the climate control is actually on, I would even say if your going to work in your unit even in the summer you might want a sweater! Oh and it’s SPOTLESS. It’s so nice doing business with people that take pride in their work and their business.

The best storage facility I have ever used. Prices were reasonable and never arbitrarily increased. The facility is extremely clean, well maintained, climate controlled, and has a full time staff. The process of moving in and out was simple and straightforward. And Barbie was extremely helpful when I had trouble with my lock and helped me resolve my issue as quickly as possible.

Barbie is the absolute best when it comes to everything. I have had a storage unit here for a little over 2 years, and they have treated me like family. Highly recommend to anyone, and it is a very nice facility as well.

I had a problem with my lock on my storage unit. Yet I only had a short amount of time to solve the problem. Seeing my severe situation, Barbie went above and beyond to help me. Not only that she solved the issue in record time. Barbie is a friendly, dedicated professional and knows all aspects of her business. Job Well Done!
