Q: Do I need temperature-controlled storage?
A: It really depends on what you plan to store. Are your items sensitive to temperature changes? Temperature-controlled spaces protect your items from extreme weather that can cause damage to your more sensitive belongings.
Q: What size storage unit do I need for my office/home/apartment?
A: Finding the right size storage can seem like a daunting task but it does not need to be. Simply visit our storage calculator page, enter in your items and we will provide an estimated size to suit your needs.
Q: Are you sure my belongings will remain safe? I have antique wood furniture/books/other sensitive materials.
A: Store antiques and wood furniture in a temperature-controlled space to help protect them from temperature fluctuations and humidity. Tenant insurance is available for extra peace of mind.Q: I’m not certain I need storage for very long. Do you offer short-term storage?
A: You will be pleased to know we offer month to month rentals. You can store for one month up to as long as you need the space.
Q: What if I decide I need to bring some additional items after I have moved into my unit.
A: If you rent with us, you can stop by at any time during our gate hours to access your unit.
Q: What if I need to pick something up after work? I am not available during daytime hours?
A: We do offer convenient gate access hours to serve your needs. Access is available from 6 AM to 10 PM every day as a convenience to our tenants.
Q: I rented a large truck for my move. Will I be able to safely maneuver within your facility?
A: We have structured our facilities with wide lanes. You will find that, even with a novice driver, navigating our facility is easy. Pull right up to your storage space and unload your items with ease.
Q: Can I store my vehicle on your property?
A: Currently we offer covered vehicle storage at our Ocean Springs and Gautier locations. Our parking will certainly accommodate your vehicle.
Q: I’ve read your entire website, but I still have questions you didn’t cover.
